I want you to love the jewelry you purchase from La Vie Jewelry. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, I am happy to offer free returns throughout North America. Please note your refund will be issued in the form of store credit, monetary refunds are not offered.

Any jewelry purchased from La Vie Jewelry can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Once the item(s) are received from your order, a refund will be issued to you in the form of store credit. Shipping costs are not refunded. All items must be sent back in their original unworn condition, with no signs of wear or damage, and in the original packaging.

• Worn, scratched or damaged pieces will not be accepted.  La Vie Jewelry has the right to deny and return any items to sender that do not meet these conditions. 

• Exchanges are not offered. Refunds are offered in the form of store credit.

• All objects, sale, sample sale, custom, and discounted items are final sale.

• Price protection is not offered for any orders placed before the start of a sale.

While all of my pieces are built to last, I understand that in some circumstances, the odd piece may need a little TLC over time. I am pleased to offer complimentary repairs on any jewelry purchased from La Vie Jewelry. Keep in mind that shipping costs may apply, depending on the date of original purchase. 

Estimated turnaround times for each type of repair:

Clasp repair - 8 days

Chain replacement - 8 days

Stone replacement - 10 days*
